A very friendly welcome by the owner, Mrs. Rosy herself, The whole team is very friendly and welcoming, the Resort is very well managed. Lunch and Dinner were excellent with beautiful views from the terrace. Absolutely beautiful and spacious garden area. The rooms are tastefully designed and offer more than enough space. On top a balcony with very comfortable chairs. We regret that we only could spend one night here!!

Lovely peaceful location and staff. Clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Close enough to the main road to pick up the yellow buses to Fang or Tha Ton but not close enough to hear any traffic noise. The bird sounds at dawn and dusk are amazing!

New Hotel in Fang with very spacious rooms, nice bath tub and overhead shower. Bed is comfy but would be better if the sofa switches places with the bed so we can watch movies on the bed instead. Staff were friendly and the Zichar eatery downstairs beside the hotel has very good dishes with wok hei. The other mookata buffet restaurant to the left as you exit the hotel is really good too.

Truly a hidden gem I am very pleased to have found Gumbie House and trusted the excellent reviews here which are thoroughly deserved! Wonderful hospitality, a cosy home away from home feel to the room, beautiful gardens and views over the surrounding countryside, exceptional food... If you have also found Gumbie House and are reading through these reviews just book it and you will not be disappointed - and stay for more than one night if you have time.
