The hotel has been designed in loft style and looks really nice. Rooms are very tidy and modern. There is very clean every where inside the hotel. Pool on the roof is nice and good to chill. Breakfast were very tasty. I would definitely come back there, especially the beach is in few spets.

The staff were the most friendly people ever! We got upgraded to a better room, for free. The staff were ready to help us book transport and figure out our way around town. the beach is also super close, about a 10 minute walk!

If you are looking for a hotel near the airport and Nai Yang beach, Bella Nara is the perfect choice it's very close to the airport about 10 minutes or less by car, and a few meters to the wonderful Nai Yang beach. they are shops restaurants and food stalls a long the beach. This is my second stay along with my family in this lovely hotel. our first time stay was in September 2023 during the hotel opened and still looking seems that the hotel is now open, which indicate the care of those in charge of this hotel. it's very clean and everything as it is. The staff are wonderful everyone tries to make you happy.

    Go along where the restaurants and people are as it's the nicest there, or a tiny bit farther south along the shore. Closer to the airport and national park, the beach is very dirty and full of rubbish, although you can watch the airplanes take off. I loved eating at The Beach Restaurant Nai Yang. Right on the beach and reasonable prices.

    A very pleasant stay there without the noise and holiday trend that patong beach has. if you want a nice getaway this is the place to be I will go back again one day the airport is only 6 minutes by Bolt taxi and cost 120bht there are some nice eating places there to.

    From our experience its a great place to relax before heading home and handy that it is close to the airport. Although the beach wasn't as nice as when were had previously been in Feb a few years ago, I think this is the main thing we like about it plus all the restaurants on the beach.

    It is one of the very few places on the island that isn't over developed, however this won't last long. Not a place for people seeking late night entertainment, very much a family location as evidenced by the number of Vlad's army visitors. An excellent and extensive west facing beach. So if looking for a low impact and quiet holiday this is a very convenient place to come. It's barely 10 minutes from the airport and that can be a major benefit on an island with a crowded and under-developed road system.

    Noisy and crowded in peak season When tide was out has to walk a long way to get to deeper water for swimming. Sometimes struggled to find a sun bed Fantastic restaurants along the strip, spoilt for choice Lovely sunsets

    We stayed here just before leaving Thailand. It is great because it is not as busy as the other beaches in Thailand but it still has some restaurants and markets. Also a bit further at the beach near the airport you can see the airplanes flying over you when they land!

    Nice comfortable hotel close to Phuket international airport, just few minutes by taxi or free shuttle bus. Rooms very clean, liked my pool aside suite especially-worth paying bit extra for luxury! Only annoying thing was poor wi-fi which seemed be out of line in many cases and spots at the hotel. I advised reception ladies to tell their manager a message wi-fi has to be good one as people need to stay online for work and contacts with friends. Hope they take this seriously and fix the problem soon

    I have no idea who took the photographs for this place or who wrote the reviews but this place is dreadful and not worthy of a 1 star rating. The photograph in the wall of the room summed it up... 'NO VOMITING IN THE BED. 2000BHT FINE". It beggars belief that you would include this in your portfolio with a major health warning. This was our 3rd hotel in Thailand and the most expensive. It was awful.

    Great hotel with good facilities. Only 5 mins from Phuket airport so a great spot for your first /last night or two in Phuket. Only a short walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants nearby too. Staff even gave use a shuttle lift to the airport departures at 6am for our flight!

    Great place for relaxing near the airport and Nai yang beach, Villa was spacious and well equipped with Jacuzzi and private pool. Breakfast from External restaurant and served through the hotel was very good. Jasmine helped us a lot and she is really helpful and active.
