We loved everything about this resort. The bungalows are clean and spacious. The staff went above and beyond for me when I forgot a personal item and went out of their way to post it to me. I will be forever grateful. Breakfast was lovely as was the restaurant. Tonsai beach is a beautiful place and this resort is peaceful and the perfect paradise

We had a lovely stay in the small bungalow, it was very clean and nestled in the middle of a beautiful garden with relaxing jungle vibes. The location was perfect for us: quiet and away from the busy tourist areas. A scooter or taxi is recommended to reach the beach, but it's just a short ride and easy to arrange. The owners also run a restaurant with the same cozy and jungle vibes as the bungalows. The food was excellent, I definitely recommend eating there! We really appreciated the tasty surprise package we received in the morning with some Thai specialties. Everyone we met was kind and helpful, which made the whole experience feel warm and friendly.

We initially booked for 3 nights but ended up extending for an extra 2. The hotel staff were amazing especially Emma and eye, extremely nice people and made our stay great. Loved our time here would recommend, extremely clean and a exceptional view with a good pool.

Great location only accessible by boat, no power during day 10am-5pm You rely on long tail boats for day trips over to Railay, Ao Nang and islands trip Loved some of the food there especially Nuri was the best, Ton Sai Sao and the Burger King Kong (breakfasts) were good

The hotel is good enough - nothing to complain really apart...

The hotel is good enough - nothing to complain really apart from the fact that it feels old and for what you pay I expect a better bed a better bathroom etc - also Tonsai beach is mainly for climbers as the beach is not so beautiful - if you want beautiful beaches then go to some islands - if you want to climb then Tonsai is perfect for you

I love this area of Thailand.

I love this area of Thailand. Having stayed at Railay Beach 3 times previously I was unsure about trying Tonsai Beach but I'm so pleased we did. Would definitely choose Tonsai and Tinidee Resort in future.

I enjoy the peace and quiet and the garden/jungle setting of...

I enjoy the peace and quiet and the garden/jungle setting of the resort. I think the only drawback is for senior or less agile visitors in that access is only by long tail boat but if you landed on the 6th of June 1944 in Normandy then you've done it all before at this time nobody is shooting at you. I think most people enjoy the boat rides but be prepared to get wet.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, nature, and sports, this is the place for you. The contrast between the jungle and the beach, framed by those imposing rock walls, is breathtaking. The atmosphere is wonderful. They quickly make you feel at home.

Tonsai Beach is much quieter and more relaxed compared to...

Tonsai Beach is much quieter and more relaxed compared to Railay. The Tonsai Wall has unfortunately somewhat marred the village, but it still maintains a very laid-back vibe. However, it's important to be aware that it's quite isolated and the only way to reach Railay is via a climbing route. On the other hand, this also means there are very few people on the beach.
