We LOVED the staff. Everyone that works there is wonderful. Shout-out to the breakfast crew and Aziz, who felt like a friend by the end of the trip. The staff honestly made our visit to Tunisia that much better because they were so enjoyable to be around and always willing to help with anything. The bed was also comfortable, the location was unbeatable, and the breakfast was wonderful. They even arranged a driver to pick us up as our flight landed at 2am. It made things so much more comfortable and easy for us.

All the staff were very friendly, especially Emna at the reception, she is very kind, nice, helpful and informative, she works very hard to satisfy all the guests, she helped me to take a taxi and book another day at the hotel until I came back from Sousse. Emna makes the guests feel home. The hotel is very clean and the location is very central, very close to Medina. I totally recommend this hotel.

Dear, I spent a beautiful journey at Hotel Carlton, the location is close to the center and allow to discover the historical center. The high professionalism at the reception and the strong efforts to increase the customer satisfaction is a strong aspect.
