The property was excellent. Extremely nice staff. Very chic. Great place to work if you need. Well-located, very easy and safe to walk around the Sidi Bou Said neighbourhood. The breakfasts were excellent. The spa had all the essentials - steam room, pool, chairs, etc. and was very private. The terrace up top was absolutely wonderful with fantastic views of the city. The price was good for the quality. The AC was great. The wifi was not super fast but definitely fine for a few days. Also very easy to get a cab (use Bolt) and go to La Marsa for the beach and good restaurants. We felt very safe and welcome here. Highly recommended.

I had a delightful stay at Neira, the location was wonderful at the heart of Sidi Bou Said. The owners and staff were very accommodating and kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony which was impeccably clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the communal space well designed and beautifully decorated. I had a great time at the hammam, very cosy vibes and excellent massage. I highly recommend this charming place and will definitely be back !

The Hotel has professional staff members, very kind and that match the expectations of such a hotel standard. The location is amazing, just close to every important place. It is available an internal restaurant, an internal cafè and additionally there are a few small restaurants just a few meters outside of the hotel. I was upgraded to a superior room which provided aroma-therapy bed pillows...super-confortable ! Also, the Mall is at a walking distance. Very safe area close to the Canadian and American Embassies. I highly recommend this hotel for business purposes.

Wonderful hotel with an amazing staff. I have been there several times and the quality remains very high. In addition, the hotel is very well located, not far from the malls of Tunis and steps away from several restaurants and coffees. The director is a very professional manager, always present for the customers by himself. The staff is very helpful specially in the frontdesk. Breakfast and room service are amazing and very tasteful ! I highly recommand this hotel and I will probably go there again and again for each travel to Tunis.
