I was very impressed with the check in process. I was greeted warmly and provided a nice glass of lemonade. The restuarant was nice and the service staff was extremely professional. Here is an example: I accidently dripped some sauce on my short and the server went quickly into the kitchen and brought back a cleanser that took the stain off. There was a welcome basket of local fruit that was greatly appreciated and a thank you gift on check out (a locally made pottery dish).

I arrived late at night at the hotel. I was greeted by the receptionist and the process was quick and the receptionist even accompanied me to the room. The room was very comfortable and clean. WIFI was free and the connection in the room was good. There is an a la carte restaurant within the hotel (L' Atelier) which has very good food and is very good value for money. Would definitely recommend.
