Everything was great, the hotel is really comfy, aged very well for a 90s style, they have a collection of works of art that is really pleasant, the rooms are spacious, well thought and clean. The staff are really nice and helpful, we went with a toddler and a baby and we were taken care of.

The newly renovated rooms are very good. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning works perfectly, and the shower is excellent. I had no issues with the room’s infrastructure. The service was also very good. Everyone was always friendly. My safe didn’t work after check-in, but after I reported it to the reception, it was replaced within 5 minutes. Very impressive! The massages were perfect! This Hotel easily match, if not exceed, the standards of Hotelresorts of the same categorie in Southern Europe! You can barely hear the noise from the rooms under construction.

The staff is incredible, they welcomed us with citronades and biscuits, the breakfast was made out of dreams (literally every option you can imagine), the cleanliness of the whole facility was unspeakable. Always a plesure coming to this hotel. Nice staff, good food and entertainment. The rooms are cozy and clean. Everyday the rooms get cleaned with fresh linnen. Its the 4 time now i came back to the hotel and i wanna say thnks for all the staff mr khaled mr mohamed ,to Ziad for patiently teaching me how to play tennis all the other staff .

The location is very good, not noisy. The sea and a swimming pool are nearby, which is very convenient. Sun loungers were always available, there was a bar next to the pool, and near the pool there was a place where you could also eat (very tasty and a large selection of dishes). There was a variety of entertainment programs for vacationers by the pool. The rooms were tidy, and the cleaning staff was very sharp—without any request, when my wife wanted a higher pillow, an extra pillow was left in a bag by the room door! The food in the restaurant was very tasty and there was a very large selection. The hotel staff was very pleasant and caring (whether in the restaurant, at the pool, or elsewhere!)

We had a truly excellent stay at Hotel Marcopolo, thanks entirely to the phenomenal staff. The reception service from, Olfa , Taieb and Cyrine was exceptional they were welcoming, efficient, and professional throughout our visit. Our room was impeccably clean every day, a credit to the hard work of the housekeeping team, especially Sihem. Dining was a highlight; a big salute to Chef Sami for the delicious food and high quality of the restaurant. Finally, the Spa service was wonderful, providing the perfect relaxing experience. We highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and service!
