The staff were really attentive. I don’t think that I have been to a hotel where the staff have been so helpful. Everywhere I stayed in Turkey the hotels were great but these guys really put a lot of pride in their service. Thank you Alves Hotel. The owner is incredibly kind, friendly, and approachable, but most importantly, always ready to help. No matter the time of day or night, you can rely on their support—whether it’s related to the hotel or getting tips about the city and nearby attractions. On top of that, all the staff members are just as kind and helpful. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and satisfaction. Another huge advantage is the flexibility regarding check-in and check-out times. You can come and go at any hour without any restrictions, which offers a great sense of freedom and convenience. The hotel also offers breakfast on-site, which is a fantastic option, especially for those planning busy days exploring the city. The rooms are very spacious, well-equipped, and, most importantly, spotlessly clean. They also include basic amenities that make the stay even more comfortable. This is my second stay at this hotel, and once again, everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a cozy bed where I could get a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the room cleaning was exceptional. The location is convenient, with easy access to both city landmarks and attractions outside the city. During my stay, I celebrated my birthday, and when I returned to my room in the evening, I found a birthday greeting and a cake in the fridge. It was such a sweet surprise and made me so happy. Thank you so much! We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Izmir.
