I had booked a one-night stay for my wife and 9-year-old son at YOTEL Istanbul Airport Landside during their 16-hour transit. Unfortunately, due to my son's passport being close to expiration (only ten days left), they were not allowed to leave the transit area and reach the hotel. Thankfully, there was another YOTEL located on the airside within the transit area. They decided to take a chance and approached the staff at YOTEL Istanbul Airport airside access, asking if it was possible to change their reservation from the landside to the airside. It felt like a long shot, but to our delightful surprise, the staff swiftly and effortlessly accommodated their request within about ten minutes. The employees were friendly, helpful, and made the process incredibly smooth. I cannot express my gratitude enough. You truly made their layover hassle-free, sparing them from 16 hours of discomfort. This act of kindness will always be etched in my memory.
