The security guy at the door, the receptionist, the ladies in the spa to the cleaning ladies - they all welcomed us with a smile on their face. Especially the guest relations manager Mariam does her job very well. The hotel is big and spacious. Our room was also nice and clean and smelled nicely. We liked the spa area too. The huge outdoor waterpark is being renovated at the moment, so we couldn't swim outside but we will come back soon. It's almost finished and looks stunning. Nice and clean. The hotel itself is not brandnew anymore, you can tell that it's best days are over but as far as I could see they are constantly renovating. We will definitely come back, so I would recommend this hotel.

Everything perfect, we checked in late in the evening without any problems. Personnel was kind to us, hotel rooms clean, ac working, parking for cars/motorcycles and good price.

The hotel is warm, clean, it lives on the 5th floor, the room is cleaned every day, the towels are changed every day, the staff is very polite and caring, especially the restaurant Davlet and Ulugbek, the breakfasts are quite decent, I am generally satisfied
