I had a very pleasant stay at this lovely 5-star hotel in Van. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and met all expectations. On a busy road close to shops and restaurants but little to no street noise in room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good sized room, with table and chairs.

I wery happy and lucky choise and stayed in toprak otel realy is wery clean room and shower but for me important things was menager harun speak wery good english and he invited me for tea we drink tea together and he gived me information for abaut historical and natural places and next he help me and showed me all places in one day we wisit Akdamar island Hoşap castle and many another places it was great day for me thanks menager harun for all you help me and all staff they are wery helpfull breakfast is good wifi is fast and hotel is wery central highly l recomend

I liked the room, the bed, the fact that it was quiet at night, no smoking around. I liked the receptionists, both of them were helpful and polite . All the facilities - the shower, the furniture were of high quality.

I had to book this place for my parents to stay while I was not personally there myself and they had a fantastic experience during their stay and felt very safe and comfortable. The staff and the manager (who happens to speak Farsi as well) were super nice in helping my parents with their request and questions and even organized a fairly priced bus for them to cross the border into Iran.
