We went there in the February half term. The hotel was very clean and the service from the staff was excellent. The staff were very friendly, particularly Huseiyn in the lobby and both Mehmets in the restaurant. Our son loved the Can ski school and had lessons from Ozan. He was really friendly and a good teacher. Merve did a great job of teaching my wife to ski too. We would definitely stay there again and would love to have lessons from them again.

A wonderful hotel ..Great friendly staff.. wide range of delicious food and drinks all day ..all the needs for skiing and ice sport activities.. had a wonderful time ..thank you🤍

Its an amazing experience .. the hotel is nicer than the pictures honestly. Abit over priced but expected for a ski resort

It was an amazing hotel so specious staff were amazing and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.
