We spent three nights at Lyxos hotel and we loved every single bit of it. The hotel is brand new, they recently opened in July and the rooms are spotless. The infinity pool with views to the sea are stunning. The hotel is run by a family and the staff is super friendly, Emre one of the owners was super attentive and he gave us a lot of recommendations about the area. They also serve a very tasty breakfast with local food, I am allergic to gluten and when I mentioned it, they went and buy gluten free bread for me. I highly recommend this place if you are travelling to Kas :)

This hotel was a highlight of our trip! Beautiful view, pool, delicious breakfast buffet with various options changing everyday. Amazing yoga classes with a view - 3 times a week, no extra fee. Reception 24/7, water filter available for guests, great staff going above and beyond making sure guests have everything they need. A short walk down the stairs gets you straight into the town centre. An absolute gem!

Very beautiful hotel, cosy rooms, good, comfortable bed, soft enough, good AC ( very quite), my room was also very quite, I did not hear sound from outside, perfect location, in the city center, 1 min to port, 2 min to bus station, a lot restaurants nearby…excellent breakfast… I liked also music All staff very nice and helpful! Cannot speak highly enough of this amazing stay, from the staff to the hotel and inclusions- everything was perfect. Family owned and operated, the staff were incredible, we have never had this type of hospitality anywhere else before! It is another level. They organise delicious homemade breakfast, which literally includes everything you can think of, their jams are not to miss! Mr Tarik was fantastic, so friendly, he helped us organise our boat trips and gave us lots of recommendations for dinner. The staff at the hotel are so friendly, they will do absolutely anything you ask for or need assistance with. The hotel is beautifully gardened with lots of flowers and plants, it has modern, boho vibe and decor, everywhere is sparkling clean. Our room was very spacious and clean, also had a large balcony with amazing views of Kas, water and mountains, views were especially beautiful at sunset time. Mini bar was on the house. We loved the design of the room which incorporated a large area to put our luggages, which many other hotels lack. The hotel location is perfect, a quick walk to the Kas Centre, yet still tucked away giving you privacy and quiet. Hotel also includes free carpark. Cannot thank Carruba staff enough for making our stay absolutely perfect, it was the best, we will definitely only stay here when we are in Kas!

I am impressed, a think is one one of the hotels we liked the most during our travels. It is small boutique hotels which does not look like hotel - a few building, "streets", 2 swimming pools, restaurant (with free coffe/tea break). Breakfast was just stunning - so many cheeses, salads, warm options (delicious menemen!) that can be eaten on the terrace with wonderful sea view (on bay, island and peninsula). Our room was on the bach ground, but with big space outside (with table and sofa). There was everytking needen (hairdryer, minibar, coffe set). Hotel has own big parking. Pool and beach towels are provided. Is situated at the end of the street, between the center and old amfiteather, perfect for sunsets. We really loved Payam and warmly recommend it!

A lovely and relaxing hotel with beautiful views overlooking the sea, and very close to town without feeling like being in the middle of a busy area. Facilities were great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kas.
