We had reserved two rooms for two nights, the cave-like place known in this area. As soon as we entered our room, we could smell a strong smell of damp and mold. There was one dehumidifier that couldn't absorb all the moisture. There was no way we could leave right away because we had a hot air balloon flight booked for the next morning. It was very dusty, sand was falling everywhere from the ceiling and walls. My husband went to sleep in the car. In the few hours inside the room, our clothes absorbed the moisture and smelled bad. After the hot air balloon flight and the breakfast (which was very poor) we left right away. They didn't want to refund us for one night 😡

Very cozy hotel, with a very attentive administrator who helped to solve various issues. The hotel is clean, there are all shower accessories. Amazing hotel that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We felt like at home. Rooms are big and have unique style. Bathroom is big. Everything is very clean and beds are soo comfortable. The staff is more than kind. They help you with everything. We thank them again for an amazing experience in Cappadocia! The breakfast is very rich with beautiful terrace with beautiful view. The location is perfect - close to everything (store, food, cafes, view...). We didn't have problems with parking infront of the hotel. We reccommend 100% and will come back!

Everything was great, clean room, great location of the hotel, close to the view of the Goreme panorama. Great staff at the reception, they always greeted us with a smile. Haroon helped us with all trips, e.g. balloon flight, tours, airport transfer and more..Tarik prepared breakfast for us, even though we were leaving at 3 in the morning for the airport. It was a pleasure to stay with them, if we ever come back, we will definitely come to your hotel.

The warm hospitality of the staffs. The hotel provides activities and tours that you can sign up with. We booked a green tour with them and was given a private tour instead as it was low season. We were given free upgrade to the king suite room which was awesome. The daily breakfast provided at the hotel restaurant was also great, comes with hot selection, on the last day of our stay, it was a buffet spread and it was delicious, the good service given by the restaurant staff was also excellent.
