Nice , cozy wooden room with Japanese style bed. Mattress a bit thin but firm bed rack so no problem at all. Bathroom is clean and comfort with L'Ccitance shower set The Lady boss is super nice ,she took us to Fenqihu station with her car. You can arrive at this hotel easily by taking bus 7322 from Chiayi or Alishan transfer station. The bus stop name is Wangfeng. In the living room, there is coffee machine, Alishan tea sachets and hot/cold water dispenser available 24/24 but no Microwave. If they have a microwave to heat up the food anytime that would be great! The house is 8-10 minutes walk to Shizhao, the main bus stop with 2 big convenience stores and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay here. While this isn't a 5-star luxury hotel, the hospitality is genuinely 5-star. You can feel the sincerity and care put into the accommodation—it was spotless and incredibly well-stocked with essentials (like a good hair dryer and ample tissues) and thoughtful extras like coffee, tea, and sweets. The highlight, however, was the host. She is incredibly kind and friendly. I highly recommend taking the time to chat with her; she was happy to share fascinating stories about her history and local culture. A truly heartwarming experience.

Overall Rating 10/10 The reception staff were friendly and kind, creating a very pleasant experience. The furniture was comfortable and added a sense of relaxation during the stay. The location is excellent right in the heart of the market and very close to the bus station. All essential services are nearby, with a 7/11 just a few steps away. The place is ideal, note that it is located on a slight downhill slope, just before the last shop on the left. A wonderful stay overall everything was exceptional, and I highly recommend it.

Great hotel. Staff is super friendly, and room very spacious and cozy. The bento box is slighter more expensive than I other places in the area but I found it to be nicer. There is a 7-11 right upstairs which is very handy and they give you 100TWD voucher for you to spend it there and grab breakfast

Room was nice, big and clean. Great views. Good location mid mountain about 1 hour from chiayi and another hour to Alishan scenic area, and 5 minutes walking distance to shops and some restaurants. Host was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good and fresh. Water dispenser available which was really convenient. Sunrise views were amazing from the hotel itself n a nice tea farm behind belonging to the owner.
