It's a lovely place with a big garden, chicken, geese and dogs. Great for the kids to play outdoors! You can visit nice places around for sightseeing (Shifen) or hiking (Sandiaoling). The housekeeping, the lady on my floor (6th) kept my room tidy everyday. The service and efficiency of all the staff in the hotel were excellent. The breakfast had a great selection of western and eastern cuisine. And we were able to park our rental car inside the hotel building.

My friend and I stayed in a twin-room: it was spacious and bright, with great views and the beds were very comfortable. We were given complementary access to the lounge for one of the days we were staying there, and it provided us with excellent food and drink, with very hospitable staff. We also ate in the restaurant on the second floor one evening, which had a superb buffet and drinks selection. The hotel is very well located next to metro lines and has good access the shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the outdoor swimming pool and sauna areas. The staff were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend for a stay in Taipei.

Exceptional staff, with some of the best service from front desk, concierge to housekeeping, staff who genuinely care. Very well thought out and beautifully designed interiors, bedding and furniture with an amazing view of Taipei 101. It feels like staying at a very wealthy person’s home in the heart of Xinyi. An excellent gym, very well appointed with great equipment. Amazing bathroom mirror and lighting. Free bottled water and snacks. Perfect location close to Taipei Town Hall and walking distance to everything Xinyi has to offer.
