Lovely experience staying here for a short trip. The room was spacious and even had a couch and pantry counter! Breakfast was really good with a variety of food - Taiwanese and continental. Worth the money definitely. And it was just a short walk away from convenience stores.

A fantastic choice for my parents’ birthday celebration! They had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The food was consistently excellent, and the breakfast was a highlight of their mornings. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make them feel welcomed. The room was comfortable and the overall experience was relaxing. This place is truly exceptional: Combines a beautiful view over the mountains, lake and distant ocean with a distinct NZ or UK-feeling of design, a nice romantic Hobbit-garden - and sounds of Nature all around. Good location for relax from city-life, with friends or as single-traveler. The owners were friendly and very helpful, provided a very good veggie dinner and breakfast on request. Close to MRT. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Generally clean and safe. There's a bathtub! The front desk guy on the night shift was very considerate and helpful.

It is a good stay although I checked-in late. The view is wonderful ! Location is excellent with easy access to subway and bus terminal. And there are plenty of parking lot. Convenience stores are nearby for me easy snack picking. Overall, the service is excellent and the Front desk is so helpful to provide assistance. I definitely drop this hotel in my next Banqiao visit.

I loved the accessibility of the hotel, it’s right by the train station. It was also easily accessible to night markets & nearby eateries. The family room that we had was perfect with the kids too as we could shut the door from the seating area and beds, which allowed the kids to sleep while parents continued to eat.
