The middle aged lady was very very nice and hospitable. They kept helping us to arrange our transport back to Taipei even though we did not engage their transport services. I fell down while I was outside due to rain and algae and she was very attentive in cleaning my wound and ensuring that I was okay. She also introed us what was good to eat at Wulai Old Street and her reccomendation was indeed very good. The hot spring was good as well and I like it because its not sulphuric and it did not make my hair dry and tangled.

Great hotel in a lively position, the river passing just by the side, the main road with restaurants and shops on the corner. Nice view from the rooftop restaurant and amazing hot springs spa. I would definitely stay there again if I go to Taiwan in the future.

Great CP value. Very quiet area, confy. Not so old and rundown than some ppl said, was expecting worst bcz of the reviews, but it exceed my expectations, it was kind of casual quality. Great hot/cold bath room. Great staff. I've liked the style of the room and hotel in general.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and big enough. Lounge on 2nd floor for some hot drinks. Breakfast was also really good and staff was friendly and helpful.
