*A Peaceful Paradise with Purpose* Palmera Zanzibar is a serene oasis just outside a charming village. I loved the peaceful garden, the spotless infinity pool, and the magical ocean views—especially at sunset. The food was creative, delicious, and all homemade (including fresh breads and cakes!). My room was beautifully decorated, with a comfy bed, sea view, and solar-powered AC—much appreciated in the heat! What makes Palmera truly special is its mission: it’s part of the More Than A Drop Hospitality College, training underprivileged girls for careers in hospitality. The staff and students were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel safe and welcome. Highly recommended—for both the experience and the amazing cause behind it.

Our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine smiles. The hotel’s design beautifully blends modern aesthetics with natural elements, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the surroundings. The attention to detail in every corner of the property was truly impressive. We especially loved spending time by the pool and enjoying the beautifully landscaped gardens. The food was local, fresh, delicious and affordable.  We left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return.

Everything this place is a hidden gem, the place is super nice, clean and the food is extraordinary. You will definitely be back for chef aly, and the staff was amazing, fatma was great great help. And the girls and the boys. And arjun is. A great GM he prepared cute gestures for us and for our last night he upgraded us to a villa for our anniversary

One of the only places ever that has exceeded our expectations. We stayed for our last 3 nights in Zanzibar and wish we had longer. Promised land is just magical. Stunning, laid back jungle, beach vibes, great food and friendly staff and outstanding views over the turquoise sea, especially at sunset when you can experience drumming and singing around the firepit. The rooms were huge and comfortable and there's a resident monkey family that likes to hang out in the gym!

I just had to share my experience at Kiwikazi! It's a peaceful luxury place by the sea with unique sunsets over the ocean. The staff are incredibly friendly, making us feel like we were in paradise. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the serenity of this beautiful spot

From the moment we arrived at reception the room with private pool amazing views. Hani the restaurant manager went out of his way to ensure the food and service by his excellent team was up great standards. Amir the chef ensured for fantastic food and variety. This place is a gem! A new hotel with a big heart, right by the ocean, surrounded by peaceful gardens and a stunning pool. The rooms are spacious and stylish, the breakfast is fresh and delicious, and very friendly staff. The connection to the hospitality school is inspiring—it's not just a great stay, it’s also supporting something meaningful.. It’s rare to find a place that feels this good in every way.
