me and my daughter just turned back home and already miss our great stay. the room are very clean , have all you need. breakfast and dinner are superlatives. loved to step out the room and putting my barefoot directly on the sand...few steps more and you're directly on the wide, white beach. you can use the two bicycles to wander around and if you love to sleep with the sound of the ocean, the quietness of the nature surrounding you, great staff at your disposal what whatever you need...well this is the right spot. thanks to Sebastian and laura :-))

Marafiki has Wonderfull large traditional bungalows scattered around a lush tropical garden. Many with direct sea view. The place is intimate, relaxed and peacefull. Away from the buzz and well managed. The restaurant is amazing! It was the best food we had during our 3 week trip and we loved the free water refil around the place. Having a small private beach there is not the hassle of normal other beaches. Lovely massage in a hut above the beach and many lying areas also in the shade and on the veranda. Absolutely loved it

Our stay was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The service was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and truly personalized, the team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right for us. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. Our room was beautifully designed, and everything feels thoughtful and special. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both at home and pampered, but here they managed to do exactly that. Highly recommended...we can’t wait to come back next year.

The owner has huge attention to details & it makes your holiday special. Very comfortable room with beautiful view. I appreciated mostly the zero waste soap&shampoo with tea at 5. Recommended by professional host, all the positive reviews are well deserved.

Nice and clean resort, everything you would expect for an all inclusive hotel. Staff was friendly, food really good and location was nice. We stayed three days to explore the surrounding and keep it simple when it's comes to get food and get refreshed in the pool.

The staff at Alpha Boutique were very pleasant and eager to ensure we were comfortable.They welcomed us in when we requested for early check in given our flight time and also took the initiative to send an airport shuttle upon our arrival at 3am. The rooms were very clean, Tacha and Rasheed were excellent!

Our stay was amazing and peaceful. The staff was funny and very friendly. Big thanks to Jana and her staff, Lameck in the restaurant section and Janet in housekeeping was so sweet and they looked after us at our 8-night stay. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Lovely beach on the Indian Ocean.

Lovely beach on the Indian Ocean. Lots of restaurants, bars and snack shops from higher end and usual fare to local pubs and dining. Beautiful views, jet ski, kite surfing and dhow or outrigger hires for snorkeling. beautiful clear water and you can walk the sandbars at low tide or swim there at high tide. An hour or so from Stone Town hustle and bustle, but still close enough for a day excursion.

The beach is arguably one of the best on the island—long, swimmable, and vibrant. While it has more energy and amenities than a secluded spot, we still found it peaceful and relaxing, especially during the mornings. It's the perfect base for anyone who wants both stunning beach life and easy access to restaurants and activities.

Kiwengwa is a perfect place to spend time with the family.

Kiwengwa is a perfect place to spend time with the family. Exquisit nature, kind people and the best food. Boat trips, beach activities, village strolls, getting to know the culture of local people who are very knowlegeable about the natural agriculture and extreemly kind and nice. We loved every minute of our stay at Kiwengwa.

Paradise.

Paradise. Very long and large beach, friendly local people, very calm and quite place. We loved it. Its very save even in the nightwalks on the beach. There are some restaurants, coffee places where you can drink fresh, cocktails or snacks.

I loved the colour, clarity and temperature of the water.

I loved the colour, clarity and temperature of the water. The sand was so soft and almost white. I didn't like the hassle on the beach though. It was easier to stay at the hotel to avoid it. But that's not why you visit another country!

Our stay at Zanziblue Waves Beach Resort was absolutely perfect - by far the best hotel we’ve experienced in Zanzibar. The setting is idyllic, the bungalows are spotless and incredibly comfortable, and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. We stayed in a seafront bungalow, and the view was just breathtaking. Throughout our stay, we enjoyed several themed evenings, all beautifully organized and full of atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations - we couldn’t recommend this resort more!

Hotels might have beautiful surroundings and facilities but if the people are cold then the whole experience is ruined.The staff in Kiwengwa beach resort are worth congratulating.They are real cherries in the cake especially Victor the front of house manager.We are regular travellers and we could easily differentiate the service levels. Victor handled us as a family well and with a lot of professionalism. The food was excellent especially the main restaurant.

Very friendly host who makes sure you have a great experience. The house is right on the beach with your own private sun beds to lay on. If you are looking for a peaceful beach vacation in Zanzibar on budget, this is your place. There are some good restaurants near by, especially the White Dream restaurant, which serves the best authentic Italian food.

The structure is a jewel, with helpful and always smiling staff for any need, and close to great restaurants, local shops and kite schools! Very cozy hotel with amazing and very friendly staff and hosts. The room was very spacious with clean linens and good pressure in the shower. Breakfasts were amazing and here they can make good espresso as well. The swimming pool and some shadows around it could really provide some rest from the hot weather conditions on Zanzibar.
