The villa is incredibly cozy, with a stylish interior and beautiful wall paintings — it really feels like home. It offers not just everything for a comfortable stay, but even more. There’s also a kitchen, so you can cook for yourself, which was a big advantage. I especially enjoyed having tea on the terraces (both on the ground floor and the first floor — absolutely loved it!) while planning my day. Many thanks to Zuberi and Meru Villa for the warm hospitality! As he always said, “Meru Villa is your home in Arusha” — and we truly felt that. We even extended our stay much longer than originally planned. Special thanks to Ali — our new friend. He was incredibly polite and kind, made delicious breakfasts for us, and on the last day prepared traditional local dishes 🥹 His kindness touched me deeply. And also I was glad to meet another girl, who worked here. We cooked local food with her and had warm conversations.

I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at Dan Stam Hotel in Arusha. Tucked away in a peaceful, green setting just outside the hustle and bustle of the city, this boutique hotel is perfect for anyone looking for comfort, quiet, and a personal touch. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff are incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was arranging transport, giving local tips, or just checking in to see how I was doing, the service felt genuine and caring. The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Everything was spotless, and little details like fresh flowers or a cozy sitting area added to the charm. The hotel grounds are beautifully kept, with lush gardens that create a serene atmosphere — perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel or safari. It’s quiet, safe, and has a lovely local feel to it. The restaurant serves delicious meals, with both local and international options. Breakfast was especially good — fresh fruit, eggs made to order, great coffee — and dinner was equally satisfying. What makes Dan Stam stand out is the balance of comfort, value, and authentic Tanzanian warmth. It’s ideal whether you’re in Arusha for safari, business, or just passing through. If you’re looking for a calm retreat with personal service, clean and cozy rooms, and a welcoming vibe — Dan Stam Hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Exclusive boutique villa with 2 bedrooms kitchen fully equipped 3 big size bathrooms. Television with all satellite channels and a great private plunge pool with a waterfall. I forgot the chef is excellent, we had a very fresh and tasty dinner with an even better breakfast selection.

Great rooms, really well maintained and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Arusha airport which is excellent. Staff brought us drinks and towels to the pool and offered a varied menu for meals, packed us a breakfast box as we had to leave early. Room amenities are excellent with good shower, lots of plug sockets and places to sit. Setting is very beautiful with tropical plants.

We have stayed here twice, and this is a fantastic facility if you want to feel the African vibe. Clean, great breakfast, fantastic service. If you want to wake up to rooster coco-reeko , seeing many locals around the corner, and enjoy a true hospitality - this is the place. Veronica and her staff are fantastic.
