We like this hotel and second time we stay here. Comfortable bed, furniture, nice bathroom and good sound isolation. Very friendly stuff. Good ski room, lobby, restaurant, Mountain View. Clean water that you can drink in the tap.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Perfect Stay! Marion Spa Hotel is truly an amazing place! The facilities are absolutely excellent — we loved everything about our stay. The room was large, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Everything was just perfect from start to finish! The spa area is exactly what you’d hope for: clean, relaxing, with warm pool water and great jacuzzis. The restaurant food was delicious and offered at very reasonable prices. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended! 🌟

The property is situated in close proximity to all restaurants/bars/spas ( not to mention that the hotel has its own incredible spa facilities) and skiing slopes. All gets get a 10% discount at the nearby rental place which is way cheaper than to rent at the Bukovel ski rentals. The hosts are tentative and take very good care of all of your needs. Very flexible as well and often great food at their restaurant.

Best location.

Best location. Ski and walk along the river right from your front door. Spas and pool is great with lots of small amenities. Everything is clean and stylish. Food is a bit expensive but in line with the rest of Bukavel. We will come again with more guests. Ive skied in 3 countries at over 20 different resorts.

I was very impressed by the quality and number of ski-lifts...

I was very impressed by the quality and number of ski-lifts (Austrian make) and the very modern ski-pass scanners that would scan your ticket through your jacket or glove. The ski area is very large with many different ski runs available. Many places to rent skis at, again very well set up. Many restaurants to choose from, also on the slopes, including high end restaurants. Prices are generally more expensive, as to be expected from such a place, but still very reasonable and affordable by European standards.

The infrastructure could use a little updating, especially ski lifts. The prices are ridiculous, taxi ride can take two minutes, but you will pay for it 250 UAH regardless, same goes for food and accommodations. This is surely the most expensive place in Ukraine.

Bukovel is Ukraine's premier ski resort, which if you compare to European or North American resorts you will be sorely disappointed. It is poorly laid out, and getting very jumbled now. In Ukraine however, there is little choice, so it is full year round, especially now with the war, there are whole armies of young men hiding away from conscription, and who could blame them. Some lifts offer in summer, and you can go up the mountains fir hiking, hiking, or just relaxing. Winter snow is mostly man made, augmented by some snow fall, but the elevation is not high. There are many restaurants, but not enough, plenty of hotels, not a lot of really good ones, but certainly adequate. By Western standards they are inexpensive, but by local standards they are severely overpriced.

Altogether Bukovel was good.

Altogether Bukovel was good. The slopes were really good - I would say better that in Scandinavia (maybe Are is similar), Sakapone and Slovakia. Freeride zones were my favorite was we got lot on new snow. Other slopes were maintained well. Good places to eat or to have bear. Center ski rent was disaster - bad equipment and long queues. recommend to rent from some smaller places. Go skiing as early as possible, approx.. 11 most of people will arrive and then there are some lifts where you need to wait couple of minutes. Our hotel was 2 km from the center and taxi cost 5-6 € one way. In the center we did not find any restaurants except Caiser witch was with good food but pit price. Also local liquor that they recommended was really bad even for us. Later we found local restaurants more fare from the center and they were 2 x cheaper with the same or even better quality. Walking around Bukovel was almost impossible as there was no sidewalks. We needed to walk on roads and it was quite dangerous. For nightlife the best palace was BUKA - nightclub and in other room there was cabree :) So yes I would go back there. Little Soviet time romantic mixed with modern European things.

Its good city for winter entertainments however people has made this experience not good enough as they don't speak English they are not very helpful and i hardly find my hotel and i couldn't get my ticket to play any thing easily ,, you need to know someone there or to go with group.

I really enjoyed the stunning scenery, the peace, and the cozy atmosphere around the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the services were provided at a high standard. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the restaurant offers delicious dishes. The location is perfect for nature lovers and winter sports enthusiasts, as the hotel is close to the slopes of Bukovel. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect place for a getaway for several days in Bukovel. Amazing location, and very helpful staff. The room was very spacious and clean, with a great view. The kitchenette is super for cooking something simple when you don't want to go out to eat. Rooftop pool is not huge, but it's heated and more than enough to relax and enjoy the views. There is really little else to wish for from a mountain hotel.

One of the best spa hotel in the Carpathian. From the cozy restaurants on the ground floor to the fantastic spa area with a beautiful view of the mountains at the top of the hotel, everything is great here. If you are looking for calm place to enjoy your weekend - HAY hotel is a good choice. Highly recommended.
