Location to GVSU was perfect - a few restaurants/coffee...
Location to GVSU was perfect - a few restaurants/coffee shops nearby and a great pub across the street. The hotel exceeded my expectations - staff was great, rooms were clean although a bit outdated, bed was comfy and room was very quiet!

Local food areas are great, close to your college if your dropping off kiddos. Easy to get around and Google maps pair wells with the area. Easy to get into Grand Rapids but Allendale offers many things you need so you don't have to travel very far.

Allandale is where my granddaughter and her family live, so...
Allandale is where my granddaughter and her family live, so Sleep Inn is very convenient. It is a growing town with some great new places, especially ones I don't have back home, such as Culver's (YUM) and Hungry Howie's!

I feel like there was an attempt to decorate and make it look nicer but the building itself seems older and still has a run down vibe to it. Shower was decent. I liked that the sink and mirror were separate from the shower and toilet area.

This hotel is extremely convenient when visiting Grand Valley. It's nearly across the street. It's nice, quiet, clean. Staff is pleasant. Breakfast provided in the morning.

The room was spacious. Especially since I was travelling alone. The location to Grand Rapids was great, making the value(price) better than staying right in Grand Rapids.
