Search hotels in Alva, OK

We visited this hotel on July 4th to get away from noisy fireworks. Unfortunately, people were setting off M-80's until after 1 am which was extremely disturbing to our dachshund and therefore we had no sleep. During our visit, we visited the Salt Plains. There is a Sonic, a Subway, and a few convenience stores close by. Google stated there were a few restaurants, including 1 which had gluten free items but they did not allow pets so we could not visit them. The hotel was quiet otherwise. I felt safe walking around. The hotel staff was very friendly during check-in and checkout.

To the city of alva...hmmmm....need more places to eat out... I know this is a college town and I grew up in this vicinity but, I don't want to travel more than I did to eat at a decent restaurant
