The room had a bad smell the security latch on the door was broken and hanging on one screw the staff was rude bed had a hair in it and nothing was clean. No one took pride in there work I ask for extra pillows and towels they never came. If you want to have a good night stay book a Hilton or Marriott. This hotel is perfect if you want to do drugs.

Front desk did not check us in properly, so security demanded she leave several times, the phone in our room did not work, so she stayed up all night afraid and she has dementia. We were told we would get our money back, but you know that never
happened.

The breakfast was unexpected, thought that all was going to be offered was donuts, milk and cereal and juice and coffee. These things were offered: Waffle per waffle maker, make your own, fruit, yogurt, eggs and sausage links, bread and bagels, coffee, juice, milk and cereal. Ironing board and iron, great, we like neat clothes not wrinkled. Close to some fast food places and nearby stores. Microwave and refrigerator in room.

I wanted to reserved a room at the Days inn West Hayward but in was sent to Antioch,which I called and cancelled.Now there saying I lost my money's a no show but I spoke with the manager&was told I'd get my moey
