The hotel was difficult to find coming in from the west over the "Mississippi River Bridge" at a later date when we rebooked 2 weeks after Hurricane Helene & Milton. A person most likely in training was gracious but in need of more experience to greet customers with confidence & knowledge.

I loved the location, the ambiance of the facility and the feel of it being an exotic like place of comfort! I ate at a family catfish restaurant and it was excellent! I will definitely choose this property again!

This hotel is updated and room was clean-a priority for me. The breakfast area was cordoned off…there may have been a limited breakfast offering but I didn’t see any. Their coffee machine was also broken but the pleasant morning desk clerk said I could go next door to their “sister” hotel and bring one back. The sister hotel had a full breakfast offering; wished Comfort Suites offered breakfast. The desk clerks were friendly and competent.

Rooms were clean and very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. The light did not work when entering room. I was so tired I didn't think to tell staff. We stayed because our electricity was out at home due to the tornadoes. We were thankful to get a room close to home where we could get a hot shower and rest.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. We didn't want to return home. The hotel was so clean and peaceful. The room was big and beds were super comfortable. I can't wait to stay there again. The hotel is close to so many places to eat. Walmart is located across the street, which is a plus.

They could not find the reservation for my daughter and her family. they said she did not have one when, at 3am i got call asking if she was going to be here soon or should they cancel her reservations. my daughter had to go to a different hotel that had much smaller rooms!
