This hotel was a real find and I would highly recommend staying here. The location was excellent. So easy to get around on foot or by tube. The staff we very friendly. Spotlessly clean. Good size room. No noise Elevators worked. Tea/ coffee making facilities.

Everything about this stay was exceptional and very well thought. Our queen standard room was adequate for our needs, there is a small closet, and storage throughout the room, around the bed, bedside table and on the stand alone basin/make up station. The separate wc/ shower saved us so much time and the small fridge could fit a leftover dessert and couple snacks and drinks. Most importantly, the mattress and linen were of great quality, despite my jet lag, was able to sleep comfortably. Other things to note was the quiet environment, it might have been our case, although the hotel was packed for the nine days we stayed at. Thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary coffee/tea/water/ice that was provided by the lobby area. Last but not least, the area felt safe and very convenient for exploring most areas of Manhattan and even the Dumbo of Brooklyn. Thank you guys!

The hotel was simply wonderful Excellent location and a staff that helps with everything. The hotel is not new, but provides a very pleasant atmosphere in contrast to the big chaos of New York. The 2nd floor where there is coffee, good fruit and snacks 24 hours is simply wonderful. I highly recommend it and thank you for the amazing staff.
