I have frequently spent a night at this hotel, and plan to do so again. Staff are friendly and capable, and although some parts of the building are showing their age a bit, the housekeeping staff do a fantastic job of cleaning and preparing for guests. The breakfast is fine and is ready a bit before the advertised time, which is helpful for those of us trying to make an early start. The front desk person was quick to switch my room when there was an issue. There is a Cracker Barrel next door. The I-57 is just a couple of blocks away.

Check-in was quick and the staff was very friendly. My room (#325) was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was typical for an American motel. The Red Roof Inn Bourbonnais is ideal for an overnight stay. I would stay there again anytime and can recommend it unreserved. (Hopefully, I'll get the USD 50 deposit back.)

The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was very good. We really liked the bathroom and the walk-in shower. The hotel clerk when we checked in was very personable and helpful and very entertaining. She has a wonderful sense of humor. She recommended a restaurant we really enjoyed.

Confort of room and bed. Excellent breakfast, something very rare in US hotels below 4 stars. Cudos to lady who runs breakfast!
