Room size was larger than expected and extremely clean. From the moment you walk into the hotel you are greeted with a smile and can see that they take pride in the hotel - absolutely amazing! Staff were exceptionally helpful. They asked us which of two rooms we would prefer on check in (close to midnight) . The breakfast staff were also friendly and helpful The day staff organised our shuttle back to the airport and allowed us to check out an hour later than normal to coincide with our car rental pickup. The room was roomy and spotless. Breakfast was OK. The oranges were good! The member of staff who hadn't initially picked up our message via Booking.com about the shuttle, found me to apologise. They did in the end organise an extra shuttle to pick up us and some others. Convenient for Syracuse airport.
