Carmel Valley is a little gem.
Carmel Valley is a little gem. Most people visiting Northern CA only get as far as Napa or Santa Cruz but they're really missing out. The wineries and restaurants in Carmel Valley rival Napa. Point Lobos on the way to Big Sur is a spectacular park hugging the cliffs. Nepenthe in Big Sur is not only historic but has a fantastic view of the coast. And of course there is Esalen in Big Sur. Make the effort and visit.

Everything in Carmel Valley is beautiful.
Everything in Carmel Valley is beautiful. It’s not loud which is perfect to be one with nature. We went to Lobos Point which was my favorite part since I like to hike and what better place to and see the beautiful ocean views.

very quite, serene and fresh atmosphere, away from traffic and noise pollution. There were many activities in the facility to spend good time, among them was lush green and beautiful golf course, really amazing. Facility is situated in remote location but worth visiting.

It was such a magical place full of restaurants, wineries, and cute cafes. I especially enjoyed the community vibe there. The community park, the history center and the library were nice surprises. It was neat to learn a bit of history about the village. My kid loved it too.

The room and bed were really spacious. The bathroom needed a bit of TLC but overall it didn’t not affect our stay. The patio with view was lovely to have breakfast on. There were 20+ wine tasting rooms you could walk to from the hotel which were outstanding! Only about a 20 min drive to Carmel by the Sea.

Sweet little property located in the Carmel valley area.
Property is certainly old fashioned in its nature but as long as you are expecting this it is truly charming.
Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was lovely with some quaint features such as the fire effect heater and a lovely sitting area.

Great Pool-Area! The hot-tub was one of the best I have tried on a hotel in this price-class.
Carmel Valley is a recommended. Cozy and beautiful and friendly.
