I stay at the Guest House Motel quite often. I view it as the best value in a motel in all of Chanute. I am hoping they will continue to keep prices low and affordable going forward. The rooms are always clean. Beds are always comfy. TV reception is very good. Internet reception is good and dependable. The staff is very attentive and helpful. This motel meets my standards in a low-cost room in Chanute Ks. every time. I appreciate you GHM! ..........M.L.D.

The hotel was better than expected, clean, great room, spacious, breakfast wasn't the greatest but there were many choices. Jenn, who checked us in, really went the extra mile by accommodating my request to switch rooms. Her great costumer service skills were definitely not unnoticed.

For the level of star rating of the hotel I would recommend this highly if you're not looking for any kind of lavish features It was a very comfortable stay The parking lot is decent size but not as big and the accommodations from the staff was amazing.

I liked the location of the hotel and the room as it was large and comfortable. The attendant was very attentive to us and managed to bring our check in forward.

$120 for a motel in Chanute was a bit high.
