Do not stay at this place. Not clean. Falling apart! People are living there as a low income home when it's supposed to be a hotel. Trash in the hallway all the time. Pool was somewhat ok but that needs to be worked on as well. They should just condemn this property and rebuild. The roof needs repair because shingles are falling off. Inside the ceilings are coming undone. It is very, very old!
Sorry I was going to take pictures but I forgot to. I just wanted to get out of there ASAP!!

The location is perfect for Coldwater visits. The neighbors were not seen or heard.
Cute place on the water, it was February so not a lot of time spent outside. Everything worked well and was clean!

Very friendly staff. Lots of evidence of cleaning around hotel going. Breakfast had a nice mix of items to choose from. Waffle maker was good. Facility has been renovated.

This place is a scam. I booked it then showed up saw that the pool was closed. Canceled my stay and they still charged me. Don't go to this hotel.
