The ADA bathroom was the best we have ever seen. The abundance of grab bars, the wide doorway, and accessible shower, and the room also, my partner was able to move around easily in his chair.
The complimentary products you offer are the best brand we've encountered.
The desk agents, both day and evening were very engaging, helpful, and pleasent. When I had a problem with the wi fi connection, it was quickly sorted out.

The front desk personnel is top notch at this hotel Hayle is such a kind and patient employee!! The housekeeping staff was amazing as well thank you all for being so nice and kind!
