Emma greeted me as I arrived. She was very kind and helped me check in. I worked front desk at a Holiday Inn in college and have traveled for work most of my time since college so I'm familiar with the usual chit chat, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome.

The hotel was inexpensive and quite basic. It was relatively clean but could use better security ie doors open to the outside. Furniture is very old and worn.

Nothing because the stay never happened and I didn’t get a refund. The power was out at the hotel but they still allowed me to book a room through book.com.
