The room was satisfactory but the bathroom left a lot to be...
The room was satisfactory but the bathroom left a lot to be desired.
There was calking all over the wall and bath area.. Needs an update in the entire bathroom.
They had a sign at the entrance that said breakfast at 6 - 9 and it consisted of coffee and cereal but no milk for the cereal. I would say adequate but disappointing.

The staff was super helpful and had a very pleasant demeanor. We were greeted right away and taken care of in a timely manner. The front desk clerk even called our room after we were settled in just to make sure everything was to our liking.
The room was very comfortable and very spacious. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the area.

Bkft was a good start to the day. Food Could have been warmer, other than that, Very good.
Staff was Wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Everywhere was spotless.
On site Mexican restaurant was really good, clean & staff attentive. Nice to stay at hotel, after a long day of driving.

The staff was amazing friendly & courteous and the hotel was very clean both in common areas and rooms. Location was walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown.

The property was very clean, the staff was friendly, helpful, and well trained. The location is great, it is only a short walk to downtown Franklin's attractions.
