The rooms were dated but clean.

The rooms were dated but clean. Stairs were hard to climb if you are handicap. Needs a little detailing on the outside and the maid needs to pay more attention to detail. No toilet paper, things on floor under bed that shouldn't have been there. If you are on a fishing trip with your buddies it would be fine. But mimable for a stay with someone who is into style points. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Hispanic restaurant two blocks west.

Beautiful house in a gorgeous location . It felt like a vacation away from the city — quiet surroundings, the forest, the river but at the same time it took 5 minutes to get to the nearest grocery store. Loved the sauna and a heated pool on a cold rainy day.

We took our annual motorcycle ride and planned to do some sightseeing in Gold Bar. Due to an accident, the scenic highway was closed for four hours. The room was just what we needed - clean, warm, comfortable.

The house was just as pictured. It is situated on a bend in the Skykomish River with a spectacular view! The house had a hot tub which we really enjoyed after a day of hiking at nearby Wallace Falls.
