Always my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Newark for a concert at Prudential Center! Super near and convenient. Front desk staffs were nice, especially the night time employee who got me checked in! Talktive and friendly! Made me feel welcome no matter how late it was :)

Greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome, bed took me into dreamland, so great, shuttle driver accommodated getting me to Terminal A which I normally would have to take another bus. So I. Pressed with the entire short stay. Close to airport.

The staff was kind and very accommodating.

The staff was kind and very accommodating. The room was clean and ready for an early check in even though the hotel was sold out that weekend. I had a suite with a kitchen, it was clean and well equipped! They even gave me a free umbrella when it started raining and I was walking to an event. I would highly recommend

It was located next to the train station which made it so easy to go into NYC. Everything was clean and being able to park at the hotel and even leave my vehicle there after check out for awhile so I could go into the city was wonderful. A member of the staff literally walked me to the train station and helped me understand how to use it and where to go; I had never been to the city/Newark before.

The area is nice, communication was good, and travel was easy. Every trip to/from WTC is 2,75 from there on you can use a metro card. Harrison is not NY. With walking and transport you need an hour to get to WTC. The apartment is cosy and good to relax after a long day's sightseeing. Minor things can be improved but the hosts appreciate suggestions and we're always there online
