Handicap room was not at wheelchair accessible height a curb blocked the entrance the bed was even higher than a non-handicap room if we were not staying for a family funeral we would have changed hotels when travelling with a quadriplegic it was difficult to maneuver the room the bed and the curb blocking the entrance to room when specifically asked at booking were told no curb will not stay again very disappointed breakfast was cold when served everything was out even the coffee at 730 am

Is easy access to the property. Everything that you needed was there. My only complaint would be the bed quality. But it was great to wake up every morning to the water and sunrise from the master bedroom!

Not as good as our prior stay less than 2 months prior. The pool heater was broke and the water was freezing. The pool room itself was very cold as well. We were planning on this being our gathering spot with friends we were meeting there. We would have booked elsewhere if we were notified of the non-working pool. Breakfast was very bland this time and not all that good. Also they seem short staffed as they were having a hard time preparing the rooms on time. We will look at another place in the area next time, even though slightly further from our destination.

I liked the staff and breakfast the best, the least liked was outside entrance. Our favorite place to eat was Lucky’s Steakhouse in Fenton. Great food and even better price. It was easy getting around Heartland . There really wasn’t anything we would avoid. The highways were very bad but most of Michigan roads are.

Perfect location for my party. Quiet rooms despite being in close proximity to highway. Pleasant and helpful staff. The beds were extremely comfortable although seemed to be almost too high from top of mattress from floor for me personally. Tasteful and well finished rooms were a pleasure to experience.
