Expected more professionalism , the cost of stay was expensive and I would be expecting a efficient stay. No blow dryer, no wash cloths, request was not met. Most upsetting 😡, a staff member of Casino demanded my Grandson leave the Hotel waiting area. I was on the Casino floor. Was not aware of this , until on the road back home. Just a disappointing experience 😔

We were expecting the Sky Ute Resort to be a "resort". But really it is a pleasant hotel and not a resort at all. The room was clean and nice, and priced as if we were at a resort. The breakfast we purchased at the attached restaurant was very good and a good price.

Location was beautiful. Hotel room was very nice. Food was not as good as expected Reservation desk service was slow. I had requested a balcony 3 times & assured we would have one. Instead had a view of air conditioning on second floor.

We didn’t stay there, we got to the hotel at 8pm and they said booking.com over booked 23 people and they had no availability. We traveled another 3.5 hrs in the dark to find a hotel with availability.

The hotel was extremely clean, big rooms, comfy beds, it was really nice. Great coffee and a muffin.
