The manager was the best I have had.

The manager was the best I have had. They had a water pipe burst. I was there 4 nights. Didn’t know they didn’t have a microwave and fridge in the room. The manager rolled them on a cart for me. The machine that you get hot water from is broken, but she got me water to heat in the microwave.

WE WERE THERE FOR A FAMILY WEDDING, SO NOT MUCH TIME TO SEE AROUND...BUT I WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK AND EXPLORE. THE MOUNTAINS ARE STUNNING, THE AREA IS SO BEAUTIFUL I WOULD GO BACK AND EXPLORE SOMETIME...

Small town @ the foothills of the mountains.

Small town @ the foothills of the mountains. Most places are closed on Sunday and many of the breakfast spots are only open during the week so plan accordingly. We loved Jax coffee (awesome quality) and ate at the Old Mulehouse which was tasty.

Location was great. However waking up with bed bugs crawling on my neck was traumatized!!! Hotel staff denied having bed bugs in RM 216 however I have pics and showered them to staff and was blown off as they were just bugs not bed bugs.i lost 2 nights cost of rooms and the loss of everything I had brought to room because I didn't want to bring bed bugs home with me.hotel staff refused to refund my entire 2 days of stay.very disappointing and costly for me!!!

This inn is adorable and well renovated, while still having that old historical charm! We were not able to eat at the tavern during our stay, but we truly enjoyed our room and time. The upper deck was a nice place to sit and have coffee. The staff were very kind and helpful when we arrived late at night to check in. Jasper is such a cute town and this inn was the perfect spot to stay in for a little getaway.

The hotel consists of actually 2 buildings, the main and a side building. We had a room in the side building and the door codes were provided with the reservation email. This did not work as staff did not update the door code but was quickly resolved. The hotel includes a good restaurant which was popular with locals, and the location is good with a bridge and shopping street on walking distance.

Nice main building, atmosphere and surroundings. Check in easy with code, much, much better than having to spend 10 minutes watching somebody work the computer at the lobby while you booked online prior arrival anyway, which seems to be standard in hotels. Many kudo's for this!!

The location was excellent, right in the heart of downtown Jasper. The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the charm of the older home, but it may not be for everyone. The beds were very comfortable.
