The location was great, and so was the Executive Club! It had everything needed for a good breakfast and plenty of working to work on the computer too! Just a peaceful place away from the hectic airport. I will gladly stay again.

Beautiful hotel and the staff were exceptional. Nothing was a problem , literally going above and beyond. Leah and Alina in particular. Immaculately clean. The rooms were stunning. I had a beautiful view, the sea, manhattan skyline and sunset just from one room. I would definitely stay here again, without a doubt.

For me, this hotel was adequate to spend the night in order...

For me, this hotel was adequate to spend the night in order to catch a flight the next morning. I think it was overpriced for the room with it's non-functioning lamps and a sink that didn't drain well. At least it came with an airport shuttle and continental breakfast. The cleanliness was a little questionable but it was dark and difficult to see. The night reception staff were not very friendly but they were courteous and check-in was quick and easy through booking.com. The only "food" places that were open when I arrived at 8 pm and just next door were a Burger King and a Popeye's.

We stayed here one night coming home from overseas. the shuttle came when we called about 5 minutes later. we booked our early shuttle for the next morning when we checked in due to the number of people checking in and airline crew. No breakfast for us due to early departure, would stay if needed again. comfy room and efficient check in.

Stayed here for one night as flew in from FL and flight from JFK the next day. Didn’t want to risk bad weather so flew to NYC day before. Was expecting ho hum room but instead it was perfect. Very clean, quiet and comfy bed. Breakfast usual hotel fare but we weren’t expecting more. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

the shuttle took an hour to collect from the airport then another hour to get to the hotel via every terminal - i should have booked a taxi. The hotel is OLD and very expensive for what it is which is essentially a roadside motel. the carpets are dirty and as old as the building and smell . The photos on the website do not reflect reality. the receptionist was not friendly, very grumpy and dint care to answers questions. fast food available outside. no restaurants close by. For an airport hotel, id spend the additional $100 and stay at the Marriot or TWA. THIS HOTEL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED and bookings.com should take more time to vet the hotels they represent. Everything about this hotel is stuck in the '70's

A very short overnight stay before an early morning flight from JFK. It did the job, and was perfectly ok for a night. Quiet, with good a/c. Fridge. Bed reasonable (pretty soft, but fine for a night), room clean enough, friendly man on the front desk and one of the shuttle drivers was very friendly, excellent availability of coffee and the free shuttle on the hour to JFK was what we picked the hotel for. It all worked fine.

Very convenient to JFK, especially with the free shuttle. Breakfast was a nice addition, just the basics, but it was nice. Perfect for a short overnight stay. And, free parking was a bonus! Rooms were perfectly fine and clean. Very simple hotel.

Good comfortable hotel with a breakfast diner next door that is nice and local, they have an airport shuttle which helps but it only leaves hourly in the morning. just to be aware..
