First time here and this place really rocks! So modern and professional. Staffs were friendly and hospitable. Room was spacious and nicely furnished with king bed and all the toilet amenities. Facilities provided (pool and gym) were great for some relaxing. The bar area came with wide spread of stuff to be purchased freely at anytime. The lobby lounge area was super chill, even with great live music! The free shuttle bus service to/from airport was essential and nice thought out. In short, I had a fantastic stay!

The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. I loved the free hot chocolate. My room was clean and comfortable. This is so convenient to SFO (bus fine!) and after a long flight (from Sydney Aus) I cd get an early check-in and because BART is so close able to call on friends in Berkeley before flying on to Kansas City next day

I love the location of the Dylan, very close to SFO

I love the location of the Dylan, very close to SFO Across the street from Cal Train and Bart Station! You are very close to Burlingame, Broadway Ave. Burlingame Ave. Great food and shopping. Closer to hotel there's a plaza with shopping the Best Deli Sandwiches, their bakery is top notch Little Cafe good food 15% off for staying at the Dylan . Try it you'll like it!!

Perfect location for early morning flights!

Perfect location for early morning flights! I arrived in the evening, tired and hungry and was pleasantly surprised to learn I could take out from the restaurant up to my room - including wine! Perfect for weary travellers. Great shuttle service. Very pleased with my stay

Great rooms with kitchenettes and an amazing viewing platform on the 5th floor of the SFO runway. This property allows easy access to the airport and rental car return. Comfortable and affordable - highly recommended.

Only 20 dollars back to the Airport.

Only 20 dollars back to the Airport. Room was a good size and bed very comfortable. The whole place was clean and tidy. Recommend Zorba Pizza/pasta restaurant very friendly and great food, amazing pizza and also rated best pizza international.

Was lousy there was only free coffee. For stay in such a high-end hotel you would’ve thought we would’ve gotten free breakfast a muffin was 5 to 7 dollars you had to pay for water you had to pay many dollars for a piece of fruit lousy customer service at breakfast specifically, I shouldn’t have to go to an outside restaurant to get my breakfast

We booked this hotel because it was next to the Millbrae...

We booked this hotel because it was next to the Millbrae Bart Station. We attended the Millbrae Street Fair which was about 3 blocks away. A beautiful city, very clean. This hotel was very clean and attractive. Nice decor. We will recommend this place to our friends and family.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. We only transited overnight in SFO, so the location was perfect as it is close to airport. We caught the airtrain from the hotel to airport, this was so convenient. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, the quality of food was great. We really enjoyed our stay!

A surprisingly excellent hotel close to the airport. And we loved the shared space downstairs with couches, board games, a fireplace, free old-school computer game consoles and awesome vending machines.
