    The townhome was well equipped, there was nothing we wished we had in the condo, the view was excellent and the area is very safe and quiet. The condo was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The host made sure we had everything we needed.

    Lovely home. Plenty of space for the size of home.

    Lovely home. Plenty of space for the size of home. Loved the size of the bathroom and how the kitchen flowed into the LR. My husband and son loved playing pool and skeet in the home. Two TV's to entertain yourself, if needed. Access to home was very easy from the main street. Looking forward to staying again.

    we love Montgomery, Lived in the area for over 20 years.

    we love Montgomery, Lived in the area for over 20 years. Area grew too fast for us so we moved West. Daughter and family still live there, love it.Schools are great. Daughter is a teacher. Nice area.

    Restarurants ok, Drug stores, ok..

    Restarurants ok, Drug stores, ok..Traffic ok, Grocery stores, ok. No biking trails close by....Went to local parks to ride bicycles. Fishing places to go fishing?? * bait and tackle advertisements unclear. No brochures given to guests about local happenings in city. Did not see the workout facilities on property....Vague..

    The unit was dirty, the towels were dirty, the area rug was...

    The unit was dirty, the towels were dirty, the area rug was dirty, the bathroom wall had a booger on it, there was no toilet paper in the upstairs bathroom. Upstairs bath also had a noisy vent. Upstairs bedroom had a totally destroyed venetian blind. Area rug was dirty downstairs, garage was dirty. Nothing in this place was good, but what made it worse was the owner who was both rude and condescending. I would not recommend this place to anyone at anytime. And the 3 fire alarms were not working, as I recorded my testing of them. This place is not ready for use by anyone in my opinion. I took many pictures and will be sending my complaint to Evolve for their review. I left the place as soon as I got off the phone with the owner and Evolve. Pic1 For Sale sign up front Pic 2 ..and Pic4 coin and popcorn on floor Pic 3 is a boogar on the wall in the bathroom Pic5 is one of 2 holes in the wall behind doors, this is concerning because there is a for sale sign out front, which give me reason to document everything in the house just to cover myself from extra charges via claims of damage Pic6 is the damaged venetian blind Pic7 is the dirty towel

    -The game room should be a lot bigger

    -The game room should be a lot bigger -Should create an all inclusive selection for visitors - With all the extra land why not build an adult only night club. Overall ok don't think I would go back due to the price of room but I would recommend people to try it out.

    the pool was nice 👌. actually, lake Conroe was advertised as some sort of resort . maybe I just dont understand Texas. everywhere took 20 min or more to drive short distances. this hotel in my opinion was better than the margartaville on the lake ( at 4 times the price) or all the gated communities . We were here for a wedding . the staff does try to keep the place up.

    The location was great. It was close to so many places (restaurants and shops). We went up for the Renaissance Festival, and it was close by. It was very comfy. Definitely, coming back.

    The Mon-Fri buffet lunches were good, the breakfast was mediocre; all meals needs to match up to the international standards that we are used to in the Middle East, Africa and Asia hotels.
