Not only is the staff (especially Nicole) the most professional staff I have ever encountered at an Inn, they are also the most empathetic and accommodating!
The Homestead Inn is THE BEST place to stay in Western Connecticut. Great rooms, amazing staff, terrific breakfasts. I can not recommend The Homestead enough! Affordable, clean, comfortable and high quality!

The Rocky River Inn was a very pleasant change from chain hotels along the interstate. We had a good night’s sleep in a very comfortable bed and woke up to a view of the river. We’ll definitely stay there again when we’re in the area.

I suppose the location was nice and the rooms were okay. When the shower worked, it worked. Which is about all I can say about what I liked when staying at the Rocky River Inn. Can't say anymore. Seriously.

New milford accessibility, 4th of July fireworks, bicycle ride close to nice spots. Clean shower, clean blankets and peaceful neighbors. Organized concierge.
