They're undergoing renovations now, but I can say that both our rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, good hotel breakfast. Love the window alcove in our room, and love the fact that the curtains were really black out curtains. The regular lighting in the room was decent too. I hate hotels that have cut back on lighting to the point that you can't read a book at night.

The person who checked us in was very knowledgeable about New Ulm. Gave us some tips on what to see. Very personable staff. Excellent breakfast choices and everything was very clean. Great value for the money. Highly recommend.

Hotel is located north tip of City of New Ulm, MN so you may just miss it but boy, glad I didn't. What a hidden gem. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. I'll definitely come back.

This hotel was so CLEAN, the staff was kind and helpful, the restaurant was excellent, breakfast was awesome and our room was huge (and very clean)!!!

Nothing. Your “hotel” is disgusting! How your hotel is even allowed to legally operate given the deplorable conditions is beyond my comprehension.
