1. I reserved 2 rooms with the same credit card. When we got there, our room was musty, and we were moved to another room. I liked the staff's willingness to accommodate us.
2. In addition to the room being nice and clean, the water pressure was excellent! It's rare that you get that in a hotel shower.

Location was wonderful since we traveled to attend a program at the Newberry Opera House.
The breakfast was perhaps the best of any continental breakfast that I can recall.
The staff was truly and genuinely welcoming and friendly.

The staff are always super friendly and helpful
The hotel was very busy with the hurricanes in the area but they still did everything they could to get us into our room as soon as possible!
