It was lovely to have the outdoor space to sit and relax in. The bed was very comfortable and having the kitchen facilities was very useful. We sat outside in the evening and birdwatched - wonderful!

The crew do everything to help us get Delta Airlines on the line in order to change our flight from Orlando because of the Horrican Milton. This was very important to us since we had a cruise from Seattle . Everything else was also very good.

We were extremely kindly welcomed. It was my wife's and aunt's birthday and Suzan from the front desk as extremely nice and kind to gift them with a bottle of a delicious wine. This is the kind of experience that makes all difference. When going back to Naples, we are definetly satying at Hawthorn again. Besides, all the staff were incredibly nice!
