Manager was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Room was not new, but was clean, comfortable, and secure. The heater worked well to maintain the comfortable sleeping temp. The refridge and microwave were an asset. WalMart is close and several fast food establishments were close as well. I would recommend Royal Inn Motel who wants basic essentials for a comfortable stay.

We were there for a short visit to an inmate at the Correctional Institute.
The accommodations were great at the Royal Inn Motel. We loved the Deal Oyster restaurant; ate there twice! The people at the prison were even nice!

Best Chinese food around for over 100 miles is CJ Supreme in the strip mall where Wal Mart is at. Excellent food. If Goodman's BBQ ever opens back up, it is also great. The Burger king is poorly run good luck there.

Perry is considered a fishing and hunting community because of the wild life management areas of Florida. Perry is a rural community but so rich in history. If you like hunting, fishing or scalloping, this is the place. Great people and we look foward to our next adventure.

Friendly neighbors.
Friendly neighbors. I was there to work on a home maintenance project and quite a few neighbors dropped in to offer assistance and advice for people to call for certain repairs. Because of the Covid-19 virus I didn't avail myself of the town's amenities. I did have contact with city and county offices and everyone was as helpful as their positions allowed.

Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 1 review
We have been coming to Keaton during scallop season for several years. This home is one of the best we have stayed in. It was exceptionally clean, well stocked with everything we could have needed, and then some. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Second level entertainment area is second to none. We will definitely be back!

Everything. Good hot water in the shower, refrigerator and microwave worked well, clean and comfortable room, bed mattress comfortable, ice machine access, friendly and helpful hotelier, near restaurants and gas station.

Very little. Not a true tiny home, more like a hurricane evacuee trailer. We’re in Perry for a car show so the location was good. Manager was very responsive.
