The property was in a convenient area and near plenty of food spots. I also liked that the customer service was top tier! I loved that the hotel and my room was exceptionally clean!! No complainants whatsoever and I will be back and would recommend heritage inn to future travelers!

Not the best neighborhood. Checked out early to catch my flight and told the front desk I would be back in after putting my bags in the car. When I tried to get back in the door was locked and I wasn't allowed back in.

everything at hotel was good except the cleaning staff always seemed to miss our room until late and one completely missed it.
