    I asked to stay on the portery before my room was ready and...

    I asked to stay on the portery before my room was ready and the front desk would not let me and refused to consider my condition attempting to get their. To add on to that my friend who I got the room for had a mental breakdown and I had to go the hospital.

    Breakfast was of poor quality, cut out of a bag and warmed. I had a two night stay and was zero maid service. If you need towel switched out you had to bring them to the front desk. They had a bonus two night reward that they said they would not honor because I did not book through them. I would never stay at any Best Western again, ever.

    Close to everything. The hotel was very clean, from check in to check out the staff was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. Pool was great-water was perfect temperature. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. Highly recommend!

    The room was very spacious and the bathroom as well. And very close to the hotel (walking distance, 200 meter) there is a restaurant, the Springfield Grille, where we had an excellent dinner. Breakfast in the hotel was okay.
